Sama Arabian Tours is the brand of Barkat Al Sama Tourism LLC, a tour company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page explains what information we collect when you use samaarabiantours.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to answer your questions and arrange your tours.
1. Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through the form on our website, we receive:
- your name, email address and WhatsApp number
- the tour you are interested in, your preferred date and the number of guests
- anything you write in the message box
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, hotel and travel dates.
We do not take card or bank details through this website. Payment details for a booking are shared directly by our team.
2. How we use your information
- to reply to your inquiry and check availability
- to arrange and confirm your booking, pickup and tour
- to contact you about your booking before, during and after your tour
- to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Services that help run this website
Some parts of the website use trusted outside services. They may receive basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, when a page loads:
- FormSubmit delivers the inquiry form to our email inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles chats when you tap a WhatsApp button. Its own privacy policy applies.
- Google Fonts and BootstrapCDN provide the website's fonts and icons.
- ExchangeRate-API provides exchange rates so we can show an approximate price in your currency. Your country is estimated from your browser's time zone on your own device; it is not sent to us.
- Hostinger hosts the website.
- Google Analytics (Google) shows us how many people visit, which pages they view, which country they visit from, and how many tap WhatsApp, call or send the inquiry form. It runs only if you accept analytics cookies. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google Analytics.
4. Cookies and similar technology
Analytics cookies:when you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics is only switched on if you tap "Accept". If you tap "Decline", it stays off. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Saved in your browser: the website remembers your cookie choice, and keeps exchange rates for up to 12 hours so prices load faster. These are not used to identify you.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep inquiry and booking information only as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and booking, and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email operation@samaarabiantours.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
7. Children
Our website is meant for adults planning travel. Bookings for children are made by a parent or guardian.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
